We are unable to quote prices over the phone as each homeowner or small business owner’s requirements for inventory services vary greatly. We will at no charge schedule an on site visit so that we can view and discuss your exact needs to adequately determine the amount of time necessary to complete an accurate asset inventory.

You will be given a written quote the day of the onsite appointment and our specialist will be prepared to schedule your inventory appointment at that time. (A deposit for service is required at the time the service is scheduled) if you are not prepared at the time of the initial quote appointment to schedule we will honor our quote price for 30 days. No changes will be made to your quote prices within 30 days unless you specify additional add on items you would like us to handle after the initial quoted service; ie. auto, boat, out buildings (ie.barns), videos, storage solutions, etc.
*All our inventory specialist are required to pass a complete background check for your security.
*All inventories that utilize our back up storage program will have 1 update at no charge (via email per year) included in storage pricing ask your Inventory Specialist during your quote visit about pricing.
Onsite updates will be calculated at discounted rate per hour. Updated inventory changes will be made to your report and we will send you a new CD and date of update certificate
Service can Include:
Photos of exterior improvements, to include landscaping, sheds, fences, photos of each interior room, itemized list of all personal assets per room with serial numbers, model, manufacturer recorded. Walk through video of all rooms (including garages) is an available option service. All inventories includes us taking any receipts or appraisals you have available (will be returned with your completed inventory) to scan and attach to the full inventory CD. The inventory is then given a certificate of inventory date, and all inventory is entered into a inventory reporting program which burns the inventory to CD(s). The package and CD(s) will be sent to you via USPS, FEDEX, UPS and require delivery signature of receipt.
We are not personal property appraisers and if a current value of all your assets is needed we suggest you take your completed inventory report package to used clothing, electronics, furniture stores, auto/boat dealerships to obtain written appraisals of your personal property based on your completed inventory report. We will gladly scan these appraisals into your inventory as an update and resend you a completed CD inventory package.
We do work with affiliate residential appraisers through out some of our service areas that can provide you with real property appraisals when needed (appraisal of your home, fee not included in inventory services).
Quote prices include your asset inventory on site, drive time, report scanning & writing, CD(s), package delivery.
